Answer:
The Church in the Bible is the body of Christ :
18And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. (Colossians 1:18, NIV)
This is not the physical (nailed and hanged on a cross) body of Christ but a body in which its members are men, one of them is Apostle Paul:
4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. (Romans 12:4-5, NKJV)
Every parts of the body have their own functions. For example, the hands to hold things, eyes to see, feet to walk, mouth to eat … The members of the body of Christ (Church) have their own functions too:
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; 7 or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; 8 he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. (Romans 12:6-8, NKJV)
::: Therefore, the Church is an organization. The Church in the Bible is the organization founded and owned by Christ.
