Qustion: Is it true that the church is important to Man’s Salvation?

Answer:

We already know that the savior is Christ himself. So, it is Christ who knew if His Church is important to Man’s Salvation.

In John 10:9, Christ invites us:

9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. (NKJV)

For man to be saved, he must enter by Christ. To let you know, those who enters by Christ became parts of the body:

4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. (Romans 12:4-5, NKJV)

This one body is the church of Christ:

18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. (Colossians 1:18, NKJV)

But, why do you think the Christ invites people to enters by Him and became members of His Church for them to be saved?

23 For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. (Ephesians 5:23,NKJV)

According to Apostle Paul, it’s because Christ is the savior of the body (Church).
