I wasn’t aware that SMART Philippines is now offering the 3G services until I accidentally watched the SMART TV Advertisement for their newly offered 3G Services.

Leading wireless services provider Smart Communications Inc. (SMART) announced today that it is opening its 3G network in selected key cities nationwide, making video calling, video streaming, high speed Internet browsing and special 3G content downloads on its 3G network available on a free trial basis.(LINK)

I don’t know if it is one of the reasons why SMART’s system sometimes experienced troubles like delayed SMS delivery, false reply on balance inquiry, and loosing signal especially in Visayas and Mindanao areas.
