Last night, I was dreaming that I was there on Mars and that the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter took pictures of me while walking on the surface of the red planet.
Did you notice the red circle drawn on the picture above? I was there when the MRO was taking pictures of the surfaces of the Mars.
Scientists have processed more than a dozen new photos taken by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, which arrived at the Red Planet last month, including its first color image. (LINK)

But it is not the natural color of Mars. It’s only a processed image from the infrared color taken by the MRO:
This is not natural color as seen by human eyes, but infrared color — shifted to longer wavelengths. This image also has been processed to enhance subtle color variations. (LINK)
