Answer:

It is already clear that there is only one body:

4There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— (Ephesians 4:4, NIV)

And we already know that the said body is the Church:

18And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. (Colossians 1:18, NIV)

Apostle Paul clarified too that there is one Spirit:

4There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— (Ephesians 4:4, NIV)

A Church that has its own Spirit which is different to the Spirit of the other Church couildn’t be one with the other. In other words, Churches existed today are not one in Spirit and not even one body.

Therefore: One of the Churches exist today is the true Church of Christ but not all Churches are of Christ.
