I want to offer the MMDA my gadget for the public urinals in Metro Manila. I call this gadget “SELaplana Urinal Gadget”.

The SELaplana Urinal Gadget is actually similar to the Wizmark Urinal Communicator. The only difference is, it is use to communicate the urinal users to wash the urinal after using it. It has the ability to handcuff the urinal users if they attempts to leave the urinal after using it without washing it.

To let you in Nassau, Wizmark putup urinal communicator to detect drivers who are drunk and this gadget will tell those drivers not to drive and suggest to get a cab and ride.

According to WCBS 880, the device is a Wizmark Urinal Communicator which has a 3.5-inch plastic screen that displays digital files. The device recognises that it is being ‘Nintendoed on’ and plays an MP3 which suggest you get a cab if you have been drinking.(source)

But here in the Philippines, urinal users don’t know how to wash the urinals.
