From the Digital Forums, some of my co-adsense publishers received an email survey from Adsense. We’re actually not sure if it’s a legitimate one or not.

They said, it was just an easy survey which other took only for 10 minutes:

I got it. I took the survey and it was really easy. Took about 10 minutes to complete. First, it asked general questions about how I liked adsense, how I used it and what would I like to see. Then it gave some examples or maybe even _hints_ of features to come and asked my thoughts about them. Hopefully I get picked for the $1000 gift card! (source)

To this date, I haven’t received it yet. However, I am wondering if my account has been set to receive surveys like this.

well, you can select if you want to receive such surveys and feedback emails from google at your “Account Settings” tab (ibid)
