Adbrite launched recently its beta version of the AdBrite in Video. However, Adsense is the one implemented it first. 
Today, I got the wha’s new message in my Adsense Account Page as shown below:

This adtype will show only to those publishers who use the images ads in square, medium and large rectangle.

We’ve recently launched click-to-play video ads, a new ad format for sites in the AdSense network. Video ads may appear on your site if you’re opted into image ads for one of the three ad formats that support video ads: the Medium Rectangle (300 X 250), Large Rectangle (336 X 280), and Square (250 X 250). I wll implement this Adsense Adtype today on my site that has high impression but has low click-through. I wish, there would be increase of click-through with this type of ads.
