President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (PGMA)’s State of the Nation Address (SONA) is scheduled on July 24, 2006 before the joint session of congress of the Republic of the Philippines.
On this SONA, we are expecting our President to include Her achievements based on her previous 10-Point Agenda, which she called it “BEAT THE ODDs”.
I am still wondering what will be the 2006 10-Point Agenda of PGMA.
