The Garmin GPSMAP 192C is ideal for mariners who travel great distances and need high-quality chart plotting and GPS positioning capabilities in a single device. The 192C features an updated look and feel that makes marine navigation easier than ever. A brighter display makes charts incredibly easy to view, even in direct sunlight. Designed for easy installation in your boat’s open cockpit or overhead boxes, Garmin’s 192C helps you chart a clear path to your fishing or boating destination.
The unit boasts built-in, highly-detailed Bluechart cartography of the coastal United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. This data provides detailed coastlines, shaded depth contours, navaids, port plans, wreck sites, restricted areas, and more. 192C also comes preloaded with the Worldwide Marine Basemap. This includes worldwide coverage of the continents, including rivers and streams down to 100 feet, lakes greater than five square miles, oceans, principal cities with a population greater than 20,000, major highways, and urban areas with a population of at least 50,000. Meanwhile, the unit allows you to upload additional Bluechart pre-programmed data cards of other Bluechart regions, such as Canada or the Bahamas, or charts of inland U.S. lakes. You’ll also get built-in tide data and celestial tables.

The Garmin GPSMAP 192C features:

• Alarms for anchor drag, arrival, off-course, proximity waypoint, clock time, and low battery voltage
