Philippines, Now a PayPal Country

The “PayPal Now” campaign is quiet successful in bringing PayPal to the Philippines. Now, the Philippines is one of the countries added by PayPal management on its expansion program.

However, according to its term, Philippine Paypal subscriber is limited to Send Money only. They are not allowed to withdraw nor load their paypal accounts.
