As I changed the theme of my Philippine Examination Results site, the theme of the blog of the Digg has changed too. It was announced by Daniel Burka on their blog:

We’ve finally gotten around to redesigning the Digg blog. We’ve moved to the Wordpress engine, so we now have a lot more control over the features and the interface design.

With the new blog, everyone working at Digg is an author, so even people like me (I’m the graphic designer) can post to the blog about issues that particularly interest us. Hopefully you’ll see a bunch of posts in the future from the different members of the Digg team. Visually, the blog has a cleaner, simpler, and fresher design based on the style we started with the Labs site… obviously with a slight color twist. (source)
