This movie is about a TIME LOOP!! did you notice who picked up the dropped photo frame in the end? She’s the pre-plastic surgery girl, picking up the the broken frame from her post-plastic surgery self. Weird… wtf… ending.. but I guess that would also explain why the movie is called Time.

the ending is about how the individual character we’ve been following becomes a faceless drone in the masses (who are all indistinguishable from one another and partake in needless cosmetic surgery). Her decision/fate is the same as the many millions of others we do not know or are aware of. It is an excellent ending that de-personalizes the story to comment on the larger implications at a societal level.

To me the ending was about how no matter how much we try to reinvent ourselves physically, people will always take away the same sentiment about our core personality and persona.
