Last November 2, 2006, Samsung Electronics launched their new Mini MP3 Phone as shown on the image above.The Mini MP3 Phone has a unique design with swing-open which allows for a perfect combination of mobile phone and MP3 player function. When closed, the X830 functions like a MP3 player with a music player interface that horizontally displays the playlist, equalizer settings and song information. Swinging the phone open exposes the keypad and doubles its length for optimal mobile communication experience.

The Samsungs SGH-X830 is built with the click wheel navigation that gives users hassle-free control of the music functions. Its built-in 1GB memory allows for storage of 250 songs. It is also capable of downloading audio files from CNN or BBC website by podcasting function. And then this phone can also be connected to PC’s using the USB connection or using the Bluetooth® connectivity.
