Did I Write A Virus?

After posting a reply to an email sent to me about the reasons why writers wrote viruses and the likes, he then sent me a follow up question, “Did you write a virus before?”

Well, I admit that I once wrote a terrorist program or code but I do not consider it as virus for a virus replicate itself from one computer to another or from one file to another. But the purpose or function of that certain code is something like a virus, that why I called it a terrorist code.

A terrorist in the sense that it deletes important windows file so that the PC will fail to function normally or die, and the medium used for the transfer of the code is the customer’s diskette who once used the PC that host the code.
I’m sorry if I couldn’t post the detail about that code.
