And yes, it's true that there are sites that are banned from adsense although the adsense account is not yet banned. ...while waiting for the reply of the adsense rep, try searching the internet for similar case... am sure they did something to fix the problem usually Adsense team will notify you if one of your websites is banned to use adsense.
