SSS For Retirement and Other Benefits

I was already member of the Social Security System since 1999 but I failed to pay the monthly dues.

My aunt who recently celebrated her 60th birthday anniversary and considered herself a member of the bay area retirement community encouraged me to actively pay my obligation to the Social Security Service to make sure that I can avail the pension benefits serve by this agency. She even enumerated all the benefits that a member can avail if he/she is an active member.

I think, I will start updating my membership with the SSS this January 2007

    My age now 60 last May 10, 2012.. iam member of SSS since 1973., completing more than 10yrs contribution to the SSS. at present i have a part time job here in the Phil. Iam intitled for RETIREMENT PLAN? Why SSS Binondo brach DINIED my RETIREMENT plan? just because of this? Being a member of SSS with or w/out work at the age 60 we should get our previlleges. Pls correct if iam wrong? iam derecting this MSG to the official of SSS..pls reply back..thanks.
