US Senate McCain drafted a bill that will let bloggers like us to report any illegal images and videos posted on blogs or sites by users or blogs/sites owners will pay the fines of $300,000. This proposal is called “Stop the Online Exploitation of Our Children Act“.

Commercial websites and personal blogs would be required to report illegal images or videos posted by their users or pay fines of up to $300,000.

If this proposal will be made into law, some of us bloggers will be forced to shutdown our open discussion just to stay on the safe side and avoiding the $300K fine.
