		<description>Hmm... that is very interesting.  Is the Visayas Internet Connection not part of PHIX (PHilippine Internet eXchange)?  Coz if they are playing local online games, they should be able to connect because all of them are connected to PHIX to give local players faster access.

If the Visayas Internet is not connected to the &quot;local-loop&quot; (as sometimes called), then I understand why the can&#039;t connect, since the Philippines was suddenly disconnected from the world.

Very interesting, I thought the whole country is supposed to be inter-connected via the local-loop/PHIX.</description>
