There are of course many ways in getting traffic for your site or blog. For example, I managed a Network of Blogs last 2003 just to drive traffic to the Network Home blog. And just recently, I realized that promoting my blogs to the Google Blog Search is another better way of gaining traffic through it.

Remember that the traffic of the Blog Search of Google has increase and surpassed even the traffic of the Technorati as revealed:

When Google Blog Search launched last year, I wondered if it would surpass Technorati in market share of visits. This week Hitwise data show that the market share of visits to Google Blog Search surpassed visits to Technorati for the week ending 12/23/06.

Now, how to add your blog to the Google Blog Search? Here’s the Google answer:

f your blog publishes a site feed in any format and automatically pings an updating service (such as Google Blog Search Pinging Service), we should be able to find and list it.
