I am using the Akismet Technology in capturing spam comments for this blog. For quiet some times it really works and let me save time from moderating comments and at the same time, giving time for the visitors to drop their messages, comments and suggestions without the hassle of entering any codes while posting them.

However, I noticed that I was again moderating comments for three weeks now. Akismet captured most of the comment spams but few of them successfully penetrated this blog and forced me to moderate them again while blocking comments which contain URLs.

I was wondering what might be the reasons for this. Is it because they failed to update their technology and some comment spammers got some holes? Maybe it is their way of reminding Akismet users to drop some donations for the creator of this?

What ever! Hope this problem will be resolve later.
