Google Adsense Team posted a video clip of Laura Chen on their blog as their way of answering questions regarding referral programs of Google Adsense such as:

1. Why am I receiving less than the full amount for each conversion in my reports? Is something wrong?
2. After I’ve referred a person to Adsense, can I see how much they’ve earned so far?
3. Can I ask users to click my referral buttons?

This video clip is just too short but I spent more minutes of watching this not to make clear what Laura Chen said but just to watch her. I was just fascinated by her beauty (type ko kasi yung chinita tulad niya. ).
