Blogging Through SMART Bro

I am currently blogging using the SMART Bro connection. Of course, I am still here in an internet cafe here in Maasin City for I don’t have my own internet connection (you know, I’m just a poor blogger).

Actually, I was just forced to use internet connection of this cafe because BayanDSL connection is to slow today. I wander from cafe to another cafe this morning but I didn’t find one that can render the internet connection and computer speed that I need, except this cafe (Reems Cafe at the back of the St. Joseph College, High School department).

What about the connection speed?

Before, I was thinking that SMART Bro connection sucks. But after using it for several hours, I realized that it has better connection compared to that of the BayanDSL used by other cafes, even that of Globelines Broadband. I think, I’ll be here for my next internet connections.

well, depende sa mps ng line. Pero dito sa maasin city, mas mabilis ang smart bro kaysa mga cafe’s subscribed to bayandsl.

and take note, smart bro at pldt ay magkasamang kompanya lang, in which pldt my dsl offers faster connection than bayandsl.

I would like to comment regarding smartbro’s hotline…yeah, some hotline!..I have waited for like 15 minutes just to wait for a customer representative to assist me..and nobody picked up until my cp load maxed out..where did all your customer representative go??? I say if you want to waste cp or telephone load call SMARTBRO’s HOTLINE and you’ll surely maxed every cent of load you got…Is smartbro losing money that they can’t hire more customer representatives? Just want to remind you guys that we subscribers are the one paying your paychecks and pushing your success..so give some importance to your subscribers..This happened to me more than a couple of times and I had it..I am very disappointed with SMARTBRO..It SUCKS…
