I say if you want to waste cp or telephone load call SMARTBRO's HOTLINE and you'll surely maxed every cent of load you got...Is smartbro losing money that they can't hire more customer representatives? Just want to remind you guys that we subscribers are the one paying your paychecks and pushing your success..so give some importance to your subscribers..This happened to me more than a couple of times and I had it..I am very disappointed with SMARTBRO..It SUCKS...
