Setting a budget is a joke. You can have a budget set at $5/day, then you get charged $125 in a couple of hours. You set you budget to be depleted over a month, then in 1 day your monthly budget is doubled in charges. You set you bids at 0.25 cents, then the next time you look at your account all of your bids are $25 dollars. MSN Adcenter is a total joke and a total ripoff, and there should be a class action law suit against microsoft the way they rip people off. Or the should shut down the f'ing adcenter altogether.
