Hyundai built a car with plastic skin (as reported here) which they called as “QarmaQ” as shown below:

Just like what I said, the body of this car is made up of recycled polyenthylene teraphthalate (PET) plastic bottles. So, it’s of course lighter compared to cars with GI skins, and therefore saves a lot of gas.

It’s a good design isn’t it. But I don’t think this kind of car will live longer in the hands of Filipino drivers who are known for being dangerous drivers.
