What’s Twitter anyway? It is actually a Text Messaging or Blogging Services created by the creators of the Odeo. To be able to use this service, you must register first here and activate your phone number and instant messaging accounts.

But since Twitter is based in UK, so we are also expected to be charged of international charges when sending SMS to the Twitter system.
