How to detect it? Well, updated antivirus or antispyware softwares can detect this kind of spyware. However, you can also detect it by yourself:

1. First, set the Window view option to view including hidden files.
2. Then search for the files  instance.dat, mia.dll, SnoopStick.dat, SnoopStick.exe, SnoopStick.msi, SnoopStick.par, SnoopStick.res.

If you find these files on your C: drive, then it is mostlikely that your PC is already infected by this spyware. And the worst scenario is, the data it recorded are sent to the third party.
