Just want to thank the RCPI Maasin for sending me a (surprising) birthday greeting card. I was not really expecting that they (through the brach manager) will waste their times and money just to greet me like this, eventhough I transacted a business at their office once.

mabuti kapa satisfied with RCPI maasin.. siguro maganda naman service ng RCPI kaya lang yung mga tao na nandyan especially ung customer service minsan hindi…
kasi in my experience last october 16, 2009 my sister send me money from new jersey about 350 dollar for our fare with my family going back to cagayan de oro, kasi nag vacation lang kami in limasawa Island which is my homeland. unfornately ng pumunta na kami with my wife in RCPI Maasin to claim the money the Lady teller told me nga sir..dili nimo makuha ang kwarta ky dili mani imo kay Renantea man ang ngalan unya ang imo kay Renante man…then we reply ( ha??nganong dili nga ako mang brother in law nag send ana…then she replied dili sir kay babae maning Renantea dili mani lalaki..but honestly yun lang yung mali kasi lahat ng info are correct like sender name, address, MCTN NUMBER except for my name kasi clerical error siguro doon sa New Jersey. tapos after arguing yung teller doon ay napaka bastos sumagot parang hindi customer yung treat na sa amin….akalain mo ba namang inaway kami, ehh mas malakas and boses at mas matapang pa sya kay sa amin….base sa natandaan ko she said….( ayaw jud ko ninyo ug koana sir ayw jud ko in-anaa…kamo samok kaayo mo nga naa pa raba naghulat nga lain ako intertainon, kung gusto mo nga ako ehatag ang kwarta tagae ko ug copy sa western union nga naka transact namo ani nga tao, kung wala moy copy kay naa sa cagayan nabilin, inyo kuhaon ipakita sa ako or e fax dinhi… dili man mo pwede mo insist nga blah blah blah..( that word we’ve heard after saying her nga daw bi maam wala man mi copy ana kay naa man sa cagayan nabilin..)basta pangit kaayo sya mo tubag sa amo.. and I think hindi dapat gawin yun sa customer….kaya nga sinabihan ko sya nang umalis nang hindi dala ang pera…maam trabahante gihapon mi dha sa cagayan but the dti never teach us to threat the customer in the same way as you threaten us bastos kaayo ka mo entertain ug customer……oo nga pala thnx to HL Lhuiller Pawnshop for the good service the had given us..kasi doon namin nakuha yung pera na sa amin naman talaga…….just to make it clear wala po akong hinanakit nagn RCPI kasi proven na and tested na sila for good service..
I’m sorry to learn sa imong experience with the teller. Nakaencounter pud ko ug sama anang imo experience pero usahay ako na lang silang sabton kay basin ug gutom o dili kaha sobra na kakapoy ila lawas. Maong ang akong kasagaran gibuhat, dili na lang ko mobalik didto nga establishment, mangita na lang ko ug lain… sama sa inyong gibuhat nga didto na lamang sa ML.

yeahh..kay kung wala palang jud mi gadali ug uli going cagayan de oro, maybe i would file a complain to DTI para naman malaman nila kung papaano e threat yung customer ng maayos, kasi parang hindi nila alam on how…
