Site review is ok as long as it is relevant and has a good value for readers. If it’s not, then you will suffer the consequence from google. Backlinks are important for your site but it should be relevant to your niche and in good quality also

Are you 100% sure that if even i accept the site review and link selling the traffics will be the same even my PR will goes down.

Currently, i am rejecting site review because i dont want my blog be affected of the link selling or review.

Please advise.
