I received just recently from Cell# +639269139356 an SMS telling me that I won PhP600,000.00 Plus Nokia:

Congratulations! Last 04/19/2007 Ur Cell# had won P600,000+Nokia 6630 Unit from New PAGCOR DTI-NCR Permit # 2578 Series of 2007 Call Now! Atty. Carlo C. Diaz!

Well, I don’t want to call this attourney and I don’t want to be fooled by this. If it happens that you are the real Atty. Carlo C. Diaz, this is to inform you that your name and identity has been used by someone for this illegal activity.

    Hi guys! Also got the same message from cel# 09229880038 (Mngr. Ace Javier). With a anonymous message like this, it is advised to check it first on the internet before celebrating :)
    And this kind of scam should be investigated by govt or media (e.g. Imbestigador, XXX, Bitag).

    I also recieve that kind of message.Its goes like my sim#choose from a electronic raffle.It said that i won (P 1M +N95 cel.unit).its sounds wow! but i cant believe so i check it out to PAGCOR office.I found out that they dont have the said activity.I
    believed that they just foolling someone.The xxx and bitag should have taked an action for this kind of sms scam for theres no one can victim.

    i won’t really mind this kind of text coz it’s very obvious to be a scmmed one.

    for MR ATTY CARLO DIAZ can you pls stop this kind of annoying txt to everybody because its not good from the very first place and you’re using different sim’s nos or name in order for you not to locate. But still the messages are all the same!

    acdtually, po mahirapan tayong ipahuli sila kung hindi natin sila sasakyan sa gusto nila.

    Ganito po ang magandang gawin.

    (1) Ituloy po natin ang ating pakipag-usap sa kanila.
    (2) Magreklamo agad sa pulis. Mas mabuti kung magpatulong kayo sa XXX ng ABS-CBN o di kaya ay IMB ng GMA7 para magsucceed po kayo. Tuturuan po kayo nila kung anong gagawin para madala sa bitag ang mga taong ito.

    I talked to the so-called ATTY Jhay Bueno today and he is the greatest impostor i’ve ever known. I let myself be fooled partly out of curiosity and also to take a chance. I reasoned that if it is true i get what is promised; if it is a hoax, i will find out how they operate even if i lose something (and indeed i lost a substantial sum). What i learned about their modus operandi is what i will write about soon. So please save your time and money and give Mr Bueno the best treatment ever–expose him when you can and get him arrested!

    hello i actually victim of scam last week i though it was my friend telling me about a new bussiness they used the account name at the yahoo messenger really.at first he make me believe and asking for the globe cards 500 pesos each of 100 to 200 pcs. i said i cannot sent those globe cards in one time because i do have that much amount.then he started text me in my mobile phone he give me this number to sent the globe cards he needs.09064663216.he keep on texing me until i got only 20 globe cards in the next day.
    i sent through his globe number as he said..after a week im on line again then my friend was there on line.i am asking the payment of the globe cards he got from me.but then he said WHAT???? i do not have the cards from you how come you ask for the payment? that time i start to cry because i was though that is was really my friend ask for the globe cards for bussiness porposes..now i even lost my friend because he thinks that i am the scammer.for god sake i will not do that to a friend..
    gor the people who uses yahoo messenger be carefull this is true happining to me.
    please warn your friends about the scam. i can say they are really bad……….

      im an OFW..i received this scam twice po…then i tried to call him…i spoke to this Atty, Madrigal daw…he said its true ung promo, but u dont believe him…snabi ko isa lang etong scam pnatayan ako ng phone…

      hope maimbistgahan ang case na too…kawawa naman ung totoong Atty. gnagamit ung pangalan…
