Lot of Adsense Publishers recently are warned by Google of the problems detected by their system like Invalid Clicks, implementing the image plus adsense trick, and copyright infingement which might lead to accounts suspension.

Now, Mike Deringeer reminds us to check how we implemented the Adsense at our blogs and sites, to avoid accidental clicks.

Some implementations that could lead to accidental clicks include placing your ads:

- In close proximity to Macromedia Flash games
- Under pop-ups or download prompts
- Near site navigation controls on your pages, such as drop-downs or menu links

And take note of this:

If your site contains elements that increase the number of ad clicks without increasing business results for the advertiser, we may consider these clicks to be invalid. “Business results” can range from an online sale to a page view. If we detect enough of these clicks and determine that the risk to our advertisers is too great, we may disable the account.

So, even if your ads generated clicks but then failed to create business results, then those clicks can be considered as invalid clicks that might lead to disabling any account.

So, you better check now your way of implementing the Adsense Ads.
