This post is another $100-worth of review of the blog of one of the Philippine Heroes, Servando dela Cruz. The blog is entitled, “Dubaibase – Hobby and Passion“.

Just like what I said, this $100-worth of review has been given for free in order to help the blog earn exposure and unique visitors out of the total visitors of this blog. But not only that, we will also give him some advices if we have and take a look at the blog of the lessons that we might learn to increase our knowledge on how to make money online.

Servando dela Cruz, just like what I said above, is an OFW in Dubai who loves very much on photography. He’s a member of our community, and wants to earn Dollars out of his blogging career.

About the Blog:

While examining the blog, I noticed that I was tagged by Sir Servando on his post, “Four Things of dubaibase blogger“, just like what Gurbi did on his post, “My 4’s in Life“. I think, I will not answer that anymore by a special post on tagging. The links I posted here is enough for that.

If we’ll look at the blog, one will immediately think that this blog is another MFA blog. That’s because as you open the blog, the Adsense ads will immediate greet your with a huge “HI!”. Well, that’s only the first impressions of the blog’s visitors who are familiar with Adsense. But for those who doesn’t know what Adsense is, those ads for them are just part of the navigation links of the site.

Anyway, everybody knows that this blog is not really a MFA site in the sense that the content of it are original and really make sense. Not like those real MFA sites in which their contents are just stolen from someone else blogs or sites just like what I did on my Cellphones Online Sale blog . And just to let you know, Sir Servando’s objective in creating this blog is to let others learn something from his articles for them to develop and enhance their talents too. So, Sir you must continue writing post about your hobbies and everything, so that your visitors can learn something from you and eventually become members of your own community who will then be converted into Dollars or somthing….

Now, Based on the Weekly archive of the blog, we can say that this is blog has been created on March 6, 2006, 6 days after we celebrated my one year anniversary as Pinoy Problogger. Currently,  it receives fewer number of unique visitors a day as shown on the stats below. In other words, Sir Servando needs to work hard and spend more times for the promotion of this blog.

However, with its 2 months of existence in the blogosphere, DubaiBase blog has 149 pages that are currently indexed by Google. This number is quiet good for a new blog like this.

Advices:

So much for that I think, you can consider these unsolicited advices of mine:

1. Participate your blog to our Free Banner Advertisement program. Your blog (dubaibase ) is already listed at our Pinoy Bloggers Directory. So what you need to do is to create a 468×60 banner for your blog and email me with the banner attached into it. See this page for more details. Once your blog is already one of the participants on the said program, your blog will now enjoy the traffic that will be redirected to it through the banner ad, plus the traffic redirected through the link posted on my future blogposts. 2. Continue participating the discussions on different blogs because it will add more popularity to your blog. Popular in the sense that some visitors of the blogs where you participated on discussions might visit your blog. Once they found something interesting, they’ll surely revisit your blogs.
