You might be wondering why I haven’t posted anything today. I know some of you noticed that I frequently started my blogging job at 11:00 Noon (Philippine, +8 time).

Actually, I am just too busy configuring my new self-hosted wordperss blog, “Motoristang Pinoy“. Maybe I will consider this post as the official launching announcement of that new blog.

About the Blog:

I started the Pinoy Motorista blog last April 2007 and is hosted by blogspot.com with the reasons of launching it:

I created this blog in order to segregate my posts about my travel experiences from my main blog, “SELaplana“.

I know, my acquisition of my new Honda XRM 110M motorcycle will lead me to experience different adventure from Southern Leyte down to other places in the Philippines.

Few days ago, I was on my journey to Hinunangan, Southern Leyte. That was a great adventure. But I forgot to bring camera to record all the beautiful places I passed by.

But now, that I have this blog, I think I am now more inspired to go to different places and to do some exciting adventure.

In other words, the main reason why I created this blog is to share all my experiences during my trips and adventures with my new Honda XRM. This blog will be my travel blog.

I decided lately to shift from Blogger blog to Wordpress blog because I felt like I am restricted to do something that I want to do with this blog when it’s still hosted by the Google’s Blogger.

The Design:

Currently, we are using the default theme of Wordpress created by Michael Heilemann. It’s just temporary. I will implement its own theme soon as I finish designing and coding it.

Monetization:

As of now, I just can’t monetize the blog. However, if I think that the right time to monetize it has come, then I implement some monetization services into it, like Adsense, Text Link Ads, and other affiliates.
