There is a new calendar and contacts sharing software for Windows, Macintosh, and Linux / Unix users.
ClearSync is the unique Internet-based service that enables groups of users to share and sync multiple calendars
and contact lists, any time and from anywhere, between any combination of PCs and Palm OS smartphones and PDAs.
Their website is www.clearsync.com and you can try their service free for 30 days. It is affordable for any size organization - no need for Microsoft Exchange Server!

Thanks for the Trackback. And yes, for me, it's "free." I cover a lot of web apps, and mobile apps go hand-in-hand with them. My phone plan covers unlimited web usage in the plan, and I think that's going to be the future of mobile communications. Just like we are seeing more and more "landlines" tied to VOIP, with a monthly flat rate for both local and long-distance service, mobile telephony will move more an more into that space as well. Already most parent are learning that pay-by-SMS is a fool's errand... teens on shared plans think nothing of texting all day long!
