The Philippine Consolate General warns everyone about the making money online of an inpostor of certain Madam Laarni Enriquez:

The Philippine Consulate General cautions the public from being perpetrated by an e-mail message of a swindler claiming to be Filipino national.

The e-mail involves a proposal by a fictitious person who claims to be “Madam Laarni Enriquez” who has $17.5 million funds deposited in a security company in the Ivory Coast of Africa. This e-mail sender is alluring unsuspecting victims to join business ventures with her using the funds. She is also enticing her victims of an instant benefit of $5 million if the transaction is accomplished within two days.

Filipinos and Filipino-Americans who receive such deceitful and similar fraudulent messages are advised to immediately provide information to the Philippine Consulate General at tel. no. (415) 433-6666 (Attention: Assistance to Nationals Section). (source)
