Haven’t you heard someone says: “Blog’s Traffic Means Money”? If you haven’t heard it yet, let me tell you again, “Blog’s Traffic Means Money”.

Here’s the 5 reasons why blog’s traffic is money:

(1) Used in Pricing the Value of Your Blog

Most of the third party advertising services like TextLinkAds, ReviewMe, etc., they consider your traffic measurement (through the Alexa Ranking) in valuing your blog’s ad price. In other words, the higher the traffic your blog has, the higher value of your blog’s price.

(2) Blog’s Ranking System

All ranking system for blogs (TopBlogs, TopPinoyBlogs, etc) uses the traffic of your blog in ranking it along with other participating blogs. The more traffic your blog gain, the higher position it will be ranked. And the higher position your blog rank has, the higher probability that your blog will be noticed by advertisers.

(3) More Visitors, More Backlinks, More Commentators and More Advertisers

One thing that you can’t deny with is the fact that blogs with tons of visitors gain tons of visitors. Popular blogs are becoming more popular. If your blog reaches the higher state of its popularity, then expect it to gain more popularity even if you are not inviting users to visit your blog. And your blog will also gain more backlinks and more comments.

In contrast of it, if your blog is only catering 10 to 50 visitors then expect that you’ll be losing visitors if you’ll not do something to market your blog.

And you should take not this; As you gain the higher popularity, you’re also gaining advertisers.

(4) More Adsense Income

I think, I should mention this first because I know almost all bloggers are Adsense publishers. And since you know how Adsense works with your blogs, so I am sure that you also understand that tons of traffic means tons of Adsense ads clicks.

Okay. Just take this as an example. What about if your blog has 5,000 visitors a day? If 10% of this 5,000 visitors click your Adsense ads once, then there will be 500 clicks in which your Adsense ads gained. If the payout price of your Adsense ads per click is 10 cents, then your blog earns $50 in just one day.

See! $50 a day is already huge. Now, how about if some data is the same but the visitors increased to 10,000? Well, your blog’s daily income surely increases too.

(5) More Products Sold

I know, lot of blog’s visitors are willing to pay or buy products they found interesting on the Blogosphere. Let’s just consider my blog as an example to this. Do you still remember how much I earned commission from the YesAsia products I sold through this blog?

Well, that’s one of the proofs that as your blog gain higher traffic; you’ll can also earn money from the commission on the sold products on your blog.

Now, take note that my blog has only more or less 1,500 daily visitors. But then I earned $90.37 as my commission on the YesAsia sold products. What if my blog has 10,000 visitors? Do I mean my blog will earn $602.47  too? Maybe! Most often, your affiliate income goes directly proportional with your blog’s traffic measurement. The higher traffic your blog has, the more number of products you sold. Which also means, the higher is your earning.
