I’m an avid gamer and excellent internet speed and browsing versatility and good computer specs are really important to me. I’ve tried many internet cafes. The best one I found is called JEMANDEE. Their website is http://www.jemandee.com. They are located in Cebu City. The environment there as well is really comfortable. They also have the latest games! And they’re not expensive at all!

ha, that’s why whenever i need to use the net outside, i never go to computer shop/cafe that has a name, like netopia or nitro. These franchises are usually slower and more strict than their privately owned counterparts. Im not generalizing, but most of the time that is the case.

And one of more thing, they really should stop referring to their computer shops as internet cafes. It’s called internet cafes for one reason, you can browse the net while drinking a cup of coffee at the same time. If they are not gonna serve/sell their customers any coffee, might as well call their establishment as simply computer shops. lol

i am a member in netopia internet cafe some netopia branches are crap they over price the rate i hate some of those branches good thing the branch near our school is good and cheap one of the best netopia branch.. im at one netopia branch now and all i can say here is crap.. crap personnel crap rate everything is crap lol

but meron nman clang reason bkt gnun kataas ung restriction nila,. maybe to avoid viruses and deletion of important files..

pero may prefer ko paring mginternet sa “Excel Internet Cafe”, kc bukod sa mababa nilang rate, nde ganun kataas ung restriction nila, pede ka mgdownload, and install ng softwares. Plus ang ganda pa ng customer service nila, full assist tlga, wlang pinipili..
