Hi Sel, Interesting article. Great read indeed. Very well done. Actually, the only thing that I can add is for the blogger to add his own "voice". The written word doesn't have any 'tone' so it would be very difficult, initially, for someone to do that. One of the tips that I can give is for the blogger to write as if talking to someone. Don't try to "improve upon" the words, just type naturally as if it were a conversation. Ultimately, with practice (and by reading other blogs daily) you'll find your own "voice" and "tone". From there, you can adjust by being in character or by switching to different ones. I was recently interviewed in BussinessWorld on blogging and I have some tips there on how to improve and start one. Hope this helps. Thanks, GM Tristan
