Whether you are new or old bloggers, you need to know the characteristics of the successful bloggers for you to become successful.
That’s the idea that I learned while reading the 7 characteristics of rich people which was published at the AMACAMA.COM. Obviously, Amacama was talking about the rich people. But since the richness of a man can be compared to the success of a blogger, then let’s take the idea on that article and utilize them for us bloggers:
- Successful bloggers are destined to become successful. I really don’t know how many of the successful bloggers believe that they are destined to become successful. However, I can say that some of these successful bloggers have that belief, isn’t it? This belief is actually the main reason why they strive hard to become successful. Well, for me, I am not yet successful but I do believe this.
- Time is Gold. Successful bloggers really consider the time as Gold. Time is precious and should not be wasted.
- Connect with successful bloggers. New bloggers tend to connect with new bloggers too. However, you should learn how to connect with successful and popular bloggers too for you to learn things from them. Visiting their blog is one way of connecting with them. But I think, meeting them in person and making them your friends is the most effective way.
- Spend a lot and gain a lot. Haven’t you heard a preacher who told his followers to offer abundantly and God will shower his abundant grace in return? The same is true to bloggers. Spend a lot for your blog and you’ll gain much from your blog. Consider reading my post, Should You Afraid of Having High Traffic Blog?
- Be Confident. What ever bad things you experience, you should not be affected by them negatively. Instead use them as your strength to do more things for your blog. Read my post, Be Positive on the Negative Things They Throw at You.
- Spend Wisely. Successful bloggers know how to spend their income wisely. When I say “spend wisely”, what I mean is, you need to make sure that the amount you spent is less than the amount you earn.
- Philanthropy like John Chow and Darren Rowse. Let’s quote the explanation of Amacama about this.
Many rich people are also great philanthropists. They frequently make charitable donations intended to increase human well being. A great example is Bill Gates who set up his own charitable foundation aimed at providing lifesaving health care products for the poorest part of the world.
With these 7 characteristics, I think, you can now start thinking the way successful bloggers think. By the way, consider reading my posts: How To Identify Successful Bloggers, and How To Identify Successful Blogs.

Time is Gold. Yeah, especially for internet cafe bloggers like me. I only get to use internet at home during weekends, blame the school dorm for not having an internet connection.
Hahaha. ;D

Procrastination. Add it on your lists. Procrastination is evil.
“I will not be lazy, and i will actually use what I learn to my advantage”
The sad truth is that you probably didn’t do that! If you dont use the techniques on how to become s successful blogger, you may as well save yourself some time and stop blogging right away. Im not joking around!
There are too many people that pay for great resources and techniques but never implement them. =)
