2007 Blog Juice

You might wonder what “blog juice” means just like what it says on our title, 2007 Blog Juice. You can define this phrase in different ways and all the definition you’ll have will be correct based on your knowledge and principles.

For other bloggers, when mentioning “Blog Juice” they refer it to the points or grade your blog got based on your readership. These points are used to rank the popularity of blogs, just like what Basapa did on his posts, “2007 Top Probloggers.”

However, when I mention “Blog Juice” on this post, I am referring to the things I got through my income in blogging.

Income in Blogging?

Yes! Lots of you knew already that by just writing write-ups like this and publishing them at my blog, money flows into my pocket. And just like what I told the attendees of the Digital Filipino Party and Filipina Eyeball held last November 28, 2007 at Ponciana’s Kitchen in Quezon City, “I have no job and haven’t own any business. What I have is just a vice that make me earn money from it.” And it’s the blogging.

So, what are your blog juices for 2007?

I want to tell you first that I have no other source of income except blogging. The food I eat, the clothes I wear, and everything that I have (except those given to me by my loveones) are all coming from my blogs. It’s my blogs that finances all my daily activities.

And besides all these things, I also acquired few of the important things such as:

Honda XRM Motorcycle

Just like what I revealed before, I am living in Malitbog, Southern Leyte. And since our town does not have any internet connection, I am forced to use the internet connection offered by internet cafes sometimes in Sogod, Southern Leyte, but I usually go to Maasin for my daily blogging activities.

Sogod, Southern Leyte is 32 kilometers away from our town, while Maasin City is 40 kilometers away from our home. With this, I decided to get my own vehicle that can be used not only for my daily blogging activities, but also for my other family related trips. So, last March 2007, I bought my own Honda XRM Motorcycle for about PhP54,000.00.

Nokia Cellphones

For a long time already, I and my fiancee maintain a long distance relationship. And everybody knows that to attain the success of a long distance relationship, one of the aspects that we should maintain is our communication. Writing love letters is already obsolete way of communicating each other because we already have cellphones that can be used to send our messages in just few clicks of our fingers.

And last January 2007, I found that my old cellphones needs to be replaced. So I bought 2 Nokia 1100 cellphones: 1 for my SMART Buddy SIM that became my wallet cellphone, and 1 for my TM (Touch Mobile) SIM. Both of these cellphone are used by us. We decided to have 2 sets of cellphones just to make sure that we can really communicate anytime.

And then on October 2007, I bought again 3 Nokia 1200 cellphones: 1 for my Globe Autoload retailer SIM, 1 for my fiancee since her cellphone was already defective, and the other was for my aunt as gift to her.

An Apartment Unit

To let you know, my girlfriend and I decided to continue our relationship as married couple. We already talked about the marriage and we’e still settling this down. And one of the preparations I did is renting an apartment unit in Maasin City for us to stay after our wedding. I am currently preparing the apartment and hopefully by this week, I can start living here and make this apartment as my blogging office.

NEO Laptop

I already acquired a PC compatible desktop computer last year, but I think, I need to add another one for my future wife. I know, sheï¿½ll be blogging soon, so I need to prepare the devices that we need.

This is the reason why I bought a NEO Laptop computer last November 2007.

Lot of things.

Just like what I already told you, tons of things I already acquired through my blogging income for the year 2007. If will list them here I think, this write-up will become much longer.

oh.. that is very cool! you really do inspire a lot of bloggers (including me). although i earn Internet income in another way, I still have to earn at least an amount which can allow me to pay for Internet access bills. I already have bought a few things from my Internet income (refer to my blogs) and my biggest purchase, which is being paid by my Internet income is a silver Chevrolet Avea 1.4 A/T for my daughter’s 18th birthday.
I hope I can at least earn just a fraction of how much you are earning from blogging too. I would already be very happy with that.

  Actually, matapos ako kausapin ng asawa ko, parang gusto ko na ring ipagpatuloy ang profession ko bilang electrical engineer. Next year, kung loobin ng Ama, ay mag-enroll ako ng review class para sa EE at nang makapag-take na rin ng board exam.

The second point is how really hard the conditions were for you to be able to post in your blog – 2007. Perhaps the conditions now are different. I was inspired when i read your article about blog juice, you mention how you acquire a cellphone, motorcycle and so on….. but you never mentioned in your article on how did you earn you profit, is it by adsense, adword, cpalead or by selling product. Because I know there are lots of thing on how to earn money online. I am a newbie in this field of money making (BLOGGING) process and your answer to my question means a lot to me. thanks
