Learn Lessons From Your Failures

My inbox is filled with your reactions regarding what I posted last December 16, 2007, “Idiots Excelled the Professional Licensure Examination.” My happiness can’t be measured as I checked your emails. Thank you so much for sending me your thoughts.

By the way, I want to share you the reaction of Mr. J. Flores:

…i do believed that i passed the licensure examination for teachers not because i am inteligent, i excelled in class during college days, first to pass the projects, good in memorizing and the like..those things are not the factors for you to pass professional examination. it is only a matter of praying and of course, analyzing the test questions. there are people who excelled in their class because they are good in memorization but they failed in using their C.S COMMON SENSE. you can not also judge the person as idiot if he/she is not actively participating in classroom setting. so, don’t blame the computer or the person checking the answer sheets, just look at your self and ask “is there something wrong about me while i am answering or shading the answer sheets?” or “did i follow all the instructions given during the exam?”

I want to make it clear that all your comments have points and have lessons to learn and that from time to time I will talk about them for us to learn much lessons.

Just in case you didn’t know yet, few of your fellow subscribers of our blog have posted their comments at the mentioned post. You can check the comments by clicking the links below:

What’s the point of sharing the email to us?

That email actually tells us what the sender’s thought about the way he excelled in their class and how he passed the licensure examination for professional teachers. However, what I want to emphasize is what he said on the last part of his comment:

so, don’t blame the computer or the person checking the answer sheets, just look at your self and ask “is there something wrong about me while i am answering or shading the answer sheets?” or “did i follow all the instructions given during the exam?”

The message is simple: You need to learn lessons from your failures. Don’t ever blame someone or something if the result of what you did is disgusting, embarrassing or something not good.  What you can do is to accept the result and then close your eyes and check your self. Think of what you did during the preparation time and what you did during the actual time. It is because all failures have reasons and purpose.

You fail because you missed something that should be done for you to succeed. And if you believe in God, then your failure to succeed has purpose. Probably the purpose is to help you stay good (in accordance to HIS will).

I think, I said already a lot of things. But want to say it again… Let’s learn to accept what happened and learn lessons from them.

Good luck and God bless you.

P.S.

I want to inform everyone that I haven’t yet get a copy of the result of the NAPOLCOM Examination and the Nurse Licensure Examination Result – December 2007. Don’t worry because I’ll send you a copy or an alert immediately soon as I receive the result.
