Look at Your Self, Don’t Blame Anything
I gave you already my thoughts about the comment posted at my post, “LET 2007 Passers, Oath Taking – PRC Board Exam Results,” wondering why idiots excelled during the Licensure Examination for Teachers. Now, I will share the answers to the said comment by other visitors of our blog:
Rita Babag advised exam takers who failed to pass the licensure examination for teachers to take the April 2008 examination and keep the strong determination to pass. But of course they need to review their notes to refresh what they’ve learned:
Well, even me I can not deny that some education graduates who took the LET exam can passed it even though they did not do their part when they are still studying. But let`us not blamed the PRC or question the machine that check the answer sheet. I know it is hard to accept if you did your part and still you did not passed the exam. My only massage for those who did not passed the LET exam last August 2007 is think positive that you pass the exam this coming 2008 and have the determination at the same time keep on reading. Thank you and God Bless You All….
If you are one of those who failed to pass the exam, Matt advised you to look at your selves and reflect why is it that good grades in school can’t be the assurance to pass the licensure examination. We should realize that passing the licensure examination is just a matter of comprehension.
With due respect to you miss Gina, I understand your dismay. It might be disappointing not see your name as one of the passers for LET but It is also unfair to blame everything on PRC. You know what, excellent academic grades printed on a piece of paper like TOR’s and certificates don’t give you an assurance of passing any tests. Have you tried taking an IQ test? Upon taking the test, were you able to answer it by recalling what you have memorized for the past years? How, about recalling on how did you make your project? Of course not.. That’s the bottomline my dear. It’s actually a matter of comprehension and on how wide your knowledge is on variety of aspects. Who knows those people you mention might have better comprehension and better understanding of the course. It’s just that the are lazy when it comes to academic tests. And I strong believe on that. To tell you honestly, I never got a grade more than 2.0 because mostly I get 3.0.. I even had a lot of take 2 subjects or even take 3.. I never tried passing any projects and sometimes don’t take major exams. It took me 6 years to finish my bachelor degree, But you know what? I got a very excellent grade on LET. A stunning 85%. Don’t blame others if you happen not to get what you want and stop comparing yourself with others’ capacity, it doesn’t help. Instead compare yourself with the test, on how far can you go.. That is a piece of advice for you. I hope it doesn’t offend you. Good luck to your next test.
So, just like what I’ve said before, never blame anything whenever you fail to succeed. Look at your self and think what you can do to succeed by checking your weaknesses and do something to strengthen those weaknesses that you have.
