I am very much disappointed with their system and the persons incharge of internet connections at the Wireless center in Tacloban city. The reason is that, we pay our bill every month, but just this month of August the connection was cut, wondering how this happened my sister visited the wireless center in tacloban, only to find out that it was not our account to be disconnected by mistake they disconnected our account wich is I think negligence of the person in charge of this. Communication is so much important for me specially that I'm working outside the Philippines that's why we appy for the smart bro, but then cases like this makes me upset and with this letter hope you can forward this to the concerend person, they should have do well their job as we are paying you the right amount each month with a good service in return.
