Nowadays, a lot of people have several alternatives on how to overcome anxieties, depression or frustrations especially young adults, knowing that they are in the critical stage of handling those stressors. But not all the time we can manage it on our own, sometimes we need someone to turn to and verbalize what’s bugging in our hearts. It gains a lot of comfort when they listen to you in a therapeutic way, they help you learn from your mistakes and reflect from your strengths to motivate yourself in dealing with it.

A friend is the answer, it is true that nobody is an island, that we’re all part of extraordinary human beings, that there’s no room as perfect at both sides, we’re prone to the killer emotions called “fears” that all we need is someone who cares. We cannot control our emotions, only the master of our brain can do it which is our hypothalamus that has the power to send a signal in our hearts what to feel, when to cry and what to be afraid of.. There’s a rational element in knowing that if we are in pain all we need to do is take a break and chill up with our friends then it will runaway just like a rain. But sometimes think about the people somewhere in the streets walking barefooted, do you ever wonder how it is going to be when there are no tears left to cry for pains? There’s no voice left to shout for help? And there are no ears to listen for their sorrows? How do they survive from that? I could say that they are amazing people who live life with all the powers to block the storm as far as they could. Sensitively, we’re not so brilliant of knowing exactly what our destiny wants us to be but somehow in someway we find to realize by time that the flow of living directs us the way we wanted.

We ought to know that we are facing a lot of risk factors from social phenomenal influences that corrupts our mind from getting into the effect of unwanted consequences. Media is the number one cause why most people are getting worst when they tend to abuse of watching porno graphical movies especially at a young age. Parents should be aware of taking their child into the nature of safe and proper way of bringing them up. They should give their child much attention beyond their innocent eyes of being involved into the acts of adult world. X – Rated action movies and love scenes on television should take parental guidance and shouldn’t be exposed from that because it adds up a risk of raising their subconscious level by being addicted on it. Teenagers are more complicated and they are more prone to a disease like HIV or AIDS at early age and a heart disease because of the tolerance to the other vices like drinking alcohol and smoking which is the second factor to ruin everything. The third one is the wrong way of putting up defense mechanism in young adults. They torture themselves and get absurd out of it by attempting to commit a suicide which is the weakest part of every individual who fails to cope up. They have a lot of reasons why they get abused in doing it, they’ve always think that they can be save from their hopeless thoughts or anxieties.

In reality, we’re particular on the same situation like runaway crisis the fourth factor that instead of solving it they will just let other negative thoughts get in and suffer the effects with their kids. Some kids most particularly as early as preschooler get involve that big crisis in their family and most parents are very insensitive to their actions because they don’t realize the needs of their child. Sometimes they should learn a smart way of giving a value for their kids’ sake and they must be responsible enough to touch their innocent mind without ignoring them. They have to be there to offer all the support that the child needs whether they are in crisis or not.

There is a true story of Helen Keller, a child who is deaf and blind has terrible tantrums and really needs a serious and immediate attention. She is at a young age and was shouting and crying for help, her mother really wanted to help the condition of her child until she found a private teacher who has a miracle will of improving her and gives her hope to live a normal and fair life like other kids had. Thanks for Miss Ann Sullivan who teaches her the meaning of everything on earth that has value by using her initiative to learn, to feel and feed her through the help of alphabet in her hands. But the most important part in learning is to know the meaning of good and bad things which they must have to know first. Helen Keller feels the air that she breath, water that she drinks and it adds color to appreciate the beauty of life by learning to recognize the people around her with all the respect and kind attitude until she discover something and found out that “she knows”. The main key to reach the success in life is that you should be patient, determined, passionate, and dedicated. You must have a strong faith in your heart, like Miss Ann Sullivan did. She became a miracle worker and ready to give her life for Helen Keller.

God is the master from all the rest and he’s the only one can do the right and perfect plan for everybody because as we begin to open our eyes he’s got already finished the plan to orient us how beautiful the things he made that we could see and should not miss out before we sleep. God is like a wind that in every struggle that goes beyond our silence has always got a connection with him, whatever it takes he’s ready to send us a signal by an angel to protect and guide us.

God’s message is so powerful but some people didn’t recognize him yet, so I wonder that if there’s a chance of being one of an angel I would do anything to make the rest of them believe that every thunderstorm happened t them has a reason. God made it for us, so I will give all my heart for that tough responsibility. Life is beautiful and it has rhythm that if we just only realize how it affects our personal intentions, we will do be thankful for it more than we couldn’t imagine that will happen to us. People should have to learn that miracles are in our hearts and not just in our mind. The key is purely the precious faith in God that might help our mind to block the evil side of things that we couldn’t see, your second power is your will to overcome weaknesses, the last is your passion and determination as your best ticket on the road of success and journey.
