I am currently testing the advertising service of the Project Wonderful. I should be doing this last month but my time was spent in fixing the problems of this blog (Learn Lessons with SELaplana) and my Songs Lyrics blog.
What’s Project Wonderful?
Just in case you still don’t know about “Project Wonderful”, it’s another advertising network where ad publishers earn money not in CPC or CPM but through the bidding system. The ad of the highest bidder will be displayed on the space you provided for the Project Wonderful network.
Project Wonderful on this Blog
I currently don’t have ideas on how can I optimize it. For now, I will just try the 468×60 space at the blog’s header which is formerly squatted by Bidvertiser’s ads. I earn $30 a month from bidvertiser and I just wish that with the Project Wonderful, I will earn the same or more than what I earned from Bidvertiser.
Well, I currently set the minimum bid price to $1. But I don’t know if the advertisers in the Project Wonderful network will spend $1 or more. I don’t even know if they will be interested in advertising on this blog. Anyway, let’s just try this out.
Update:
Advantage and Disadvantage of Project Wonderful
I was thinking earlier that the stats of my blog tracked by Project Wonderful might be helpful to me. However, BendzG tipped me that it’s actually one of the disadvantages of the Project Wonderful especially if I want privacy on the traffic stats of my blog.
Well, for now I didn’t find yet any problem with the stats.
Adult Ads
Just today, I noticed that there are 2 bidders who are bidding for the large square ad (Project Wonderful info, here) at my Naruto Shippuuden fan blog. I am glad few of the advertisers got interested with that spot. But what made me sad is the adult ad that showed up.
Well, the said blog contains talks about Naruto Hentai or Naruto Porn but it actually doesn’t contain any real adult content. Those are just talks about Naruto Hentai or Naruto Porn just like what we did about Pinay Scandal.
So, I don’t have other choice but to cancel the bid of that bidder.

Hahaha, Naa ra diay ka diha. heheh I used to be a city official and worked with the mayor and the vice mayor who happens to be your neighbors heheh. I bet some of your friends know me too heheh.
I’ll try to give you a visit when I have time heheh. I just started developing another site. It will be about gaming and graphics and I’m pretty much tied up with it for the moment heheh.
There are other bloggers from Maasin, by the way. they’re just using Friendster’s platform. I guess they don’t know this one is a good business too.

Sel, To get started at Project wonderful I suggest that you lower your bid rates. In my opinion $1.00 is too high. Start with .10. People will start noticing and then will start raising the prices up.
