How to get SSS ID?

Here’s how to get your own SSS ID:

Step 1: Download the E-6 form (Right click HERE and click “Save Link As”) from the SSS official website.

Step 2: Open the downloaded file using Adobe acrobat Reader or the latest Adobe Reader. Print the downloaded SSS E-6 Form then fill up the information needed.

Step 3: Visit the SSS office near you. Tell the guard that you are applying for the SSS ID and that you already the E-6 form.

Step 4: Then follow what the guard would tell you.

Usually the next step will be as listed below:

Step 4-1: Go to the SSS ID Section of that SSS office. Present the requirements mentioned in the E-6 Form like 2 valid ID’s. Then just do what the personnel would tell you.

Step 4-2: Your SSS ID will be processed and just wait for it to be mailed to you or be picked up at the office.
