In the November 2008 version of the SunStar News, it was reported that Criselda Volks admitted that the Sex Vedio leaked to the internet was her personal sex video taken by his boyfriend.

“Kami ‘yon ng boyfriend ko ng five years. Kami ang magkasama, so automatically siyempre nagvi-video-han kami. So, it was supposed to be a video na hindi kumalat. It’s a personal video,” she said. (souce)

They kept the video for several years before somebody have stolen them, uploaded them to the internet along with other Pinay Scandal videos.
