If you’ll review my “About” page, you’ll find out that one of my dreams is to own a website that receives 1,000,000 or 1M unique hits a day. This dream leads me to think too much of many things that might help me succeed. And the bad thing is, overthinking is always the cause of the rising of my blood pressure.

However, based on the news report that I read today, overthinking has positive effect too. The news report said:

Thinking too much about family and work troubles might turn out to be a good thing, Israeli researchers say.

People who tend to overthink things might be protecting themselves from Alzheimer’s, according to their research presented at the International Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease, at McCormick Place.

If this report is true, then I will be saved from Alzheimer’s. Yeah! I will never suffer Alzheimer’s especially if I’ll die early because of hypertension or heart attack.

Thinking is the exercise of the mind.

Over thinking is good to those who idle for thinking
    in many years. Hehhehe.

Stretching you brain cell or muscle maybe if brain has it.

Beyond over thinking is stress and that sometimes lead
    to Alzheimer.

    Stress is really silent killer
