hello. i will be going home to maasin next month. ok na bang ang service ng ng smart bro plug in there? i called smart bro hotline but they cannot confirm that usb modem will work in maasin city. thanks po

In Maasin City just visit the cellsite in Asuncion. For the Sogod bay area, just use the USB Smart Bro

Smart Bro Postpaid are using different signal to Smart Bro Prepaid yun naka USB. Yun postpaid is line of sight tama ba ako? hehehe den yun USB ay 3G signal parang cellphone signal.

So much better if you have the prepaid as your back-up.

Like us, almost 7years na kami sa Globe, kasi yun iba ang bagal mag expand… hehehe gusto namin kukuha nang back-up pero meron nga naka prepaid naman from Smart Bro yun USB nila. We want postpaid para ma configure nga walang interruption sa internet using a dual router pero yun nga USB lang ang may signal nga mabilis nga internet connection.

basta about dsl may ika tulog ako sayo based on my experience.

I usually bring my SmartBro when I travel. Sometimes it helps, but most of the time, the connection is very frustrating. And aside from that, the charging is pathetic.. its by 30 mins.. so, if you get disconnected before 30 mins, well, you’re charged for 30minutes already.. they should charge us by the second used.

Smart Bro user din ako for over a year. Ang ayaw ko lang sa Smart Bro is once in a while, nadidisconnect ako for 3-5 seconds. Pero yung bilis, okay naman po.

Kung first time niyo po makaencounter ng ganito, pagpasensyahan niyo na lang po hehe.. Ganon po yata talaga pag gawa ng tao…Imposibleng hindi magkaproblema

Hey Sel,

I was a Smart Bro user until I changed residences. I always had problems with my Smart Bro connection. What I do is I unplug the antenna’s power supply for about 20 seconds. Then, I plug it back again. It works like a charm.

I read it somewhere and it really works for me.
